What I'm going to share with you here WIZARD DOES not REPLACE what you can read in "Nine actions prove to Get your Downline production more," an article that discusses the importance of a well trained MLM Distributor.Proven MLM training are the backbone of incentives. nothing motivates a person more than fully knowing what to say about the phone, how to say this and trusting that they can do this.
Both in conjunction with a well-trained downline MLM, here is how I would recommend that you use incentives to grow your network marketing business.Add incentives can be thought of as games you can play to keep your entertainment business MLM and spirit of the game.Talk about dynamic, exciting incentives to increase your enthusiasm and downline MLM become excited and looking forward to doing business and in turn, have that enthusiasm to be translated into products sold and new distributors signed. It also creates a fun culture around your network marketing organization.
As hard as it may be to believe in the surface, it is widely accepted that the hub is identifiability as effective a motivator with increasing income.
Identification raises self-esteem. Shows your distributors that interest you, and we appreciate and value the effort they put forth.You can't put a price tag on it and you just know that you care about them by your ACTIONS, they will show you something you might not have thought possible. Will give best performance ever.
What you are trying to achieve with incentive programmes is to increase performance. The two important factors are:
a) what performance to compliment.
b) what to reward individual performance
What performance to reward:
* Any of the 13 activities in Pocket Tracker.(A small brochure I developed to monitor daily performance) As the number of appointments set, no presentations, the number of retail, etc.
* Total number of guests at meetings opportunity MLM or conference calls
* New distributors per week/month/quarter
* Retail products
* Training steps completed
* Higher volume, higher volumes and higher increase in the volume percentage and PIN level achievement
What do I have to reward people performance:
* There are two things you need to do anything small achievements on your internal network marketing organization is handwritten thank-you cards and delivered balloons or flowers.These two things should be a staple in your MLM business.
* Each session training MLM you can do this, you must supply at least two awards for individuals with high performance; if you are a newsletter should recognise your people performance in the prospectus.Find the image with the guest (s).
* Weekly, anyone who had a lot of visitors during the meeting or anyone had during three guests gets a free dinner.
* Professionally done certificates-frame ready for hanging on the wall.
* Recognition pins are good.
* Prospecting leads to high activity.As anyone who has the most number of perspectives on Conference calls MLM opportunity gets 20 free leads.
* Clothing-like company shirts or hats.
* Tickets are a great Convention.Everyone who sponsors five new distributors in the coming two months find a ticket free National Assembly.
* Travel is always a good-ski trip, beach trip, cruise ships, family trip.
Points which might hurt ...your schedule and your MLM income:
* Lack of MLM training-have said already but this tops the list as most important.
* Reward people performance immediately at the end of the programme period. Don't wait.
* Keep the program simple. If there is a ton of twists and turns-nobody knows what to do.
* Frequent winners-if the same people in your MLM company win every time, others discouraged. change the program so that the super-size people reward performance and others.
* Lack of follow up after the program-at the end of the program right after the awards ceremony, passing through a 3 x 5 card and ask for feedback.
* Lack of communication-someone is driving the incentive program; this means stable communication. uploads of destination, if it is a journey. If it is a car, car uploads. Keep the motivation in front of them twice per week.
* The lack of a good development. mid design program promotional Plan. Draft. assignment.
Let's say you make a game "School's Out" expiring on 1 June. the winner receives a trip for four people at Disneyland for four days March, April and May are the yield months. winner leaving school just outside! takes children and Will begin to promote; the program on February 15th. Awards ceremony will be a BBQ trip 1 June urging all family members in this event will also be announced in the next program ..."Back to school" game.
As you can see this creates a wonderful unity between all in your MLM company, and a fun culture.
