MLM training must not be a strange idea or a waste of time, however, most people who join a network marketing company, seem to believe that it is unnecessary. Appropriate training, however, can be really crucial to make or break in the MLM industry.
Let me explain, in the following proportions:
If you wanted to do something as simple as you learn to drive a car, I'll just get into a car and start pulling levers, and pushing randomly switches and fabulous? Of course you won't, you will receive an education, not only because it is necessary, but, because your life will depend.
In fact, there are many ways to get yourself killed if you do not have adequate training or guidance on how to prevent dangerous adventures, or experiences.And therefore, also in MLM or network marketing; if you do not receive an education is dead-figuratively speaking.
Consider this: what to do at the moment, still don't know how to do it. I learned from someone who had previous experience and practical skills and had been trained in how to train you on how to do everything you do today.
Oh, don't get me wrong.I'm all for jump right in and getting to work, and encourage new distributors to get into the action quickly but! first, I want to protect them from themselves, and the negative experiences, taking them off the game before they even get started.
MLM training is critical to any level of this sector. I am in this industry for 16 years, and I still think the same student.Most recently, I have been spending a lot of time learning, and tries to understand and implement the Internet many strategies you can use to build a business MLM online.
This is no small task for the novice, and had had more direction from someone who has been here before me, I'm sure he will learn a lot from these lessons very slowly, and would be further ahead today, as a result.
MLM training, in short, is a game of follow the leader, but the leader must be one of the newest Distributor wants to follow and be able to follow many leaders, or at least those who wish to become leaders, I really do not know how to teach what they are doing and they will tell you that says, "Hey, just do it."
Well, perhaps working for them, but what about people who are trying to understand the question asked by most in this industry, "How can I do this?"
This is the question of million dollar, how can I do this and, unfortunately, most upline leadership to say something as trivial as, go for it, you can do!Or, send them to the company, training manual and, if this doesn't put them to sleep, leaves them fairly and confusion which could be.
Unfortunately, some of the best MLM training does not derive from upline, or by the company; much of the best education comes from experience, i.e., experience with the obsession with. Oh, I know, there are several, very good top distributors, are working very hard to teach them newbies downline what to do and how to do the only problem is, in most cases, no longer do what they did to get where they are.
Thus, we have the problem that more: on the one hand, we have new distributors who do not care about getting the education they need, as they think they already have better ideas, and have decided what are they going to do without training; on the other hand, you have people who are unable to communicate what you do, so they cannot teach in a way that others can follow.
The need for training is great MLM, on two fronts: qualified, skilled trainers; and, most importantly, teachable, sick students.
